A crew is an AI persona with a fixed role, a trigger that decides when it gets involved and a definition of done. You can create your own, or install free ones from the crew marketplace.

Team adds human seats and team features: 10 spaces, unlimited projects and tasks, 500 hosted agent actions per seat per month, 5M pooled AI tokens, AgentWork (desktop app), audit logs and unlimited storage.

Yes — every workspace starts on the Free plan (1 seat, 1 space, 500 tasks, 5 projects, 1 GB of attachments, 15 crews), no credit card to sign up and no time limit. The Free AI assistant (10 chats a day) needs a card on file and is never charged on Free. Add a teammate or outgrow the limits and you can upgrade any time.

Crew bundles are ready-made packs of expert AI crews — for example a security-first code reviewer, a release warden and a test planner — designed by us and offered from the Crews page. Add a bundle once and import its crews into any space in your workspace; imported crews never count against your plan’s crew limit. Paid bundles start at $9 as a one-time purchase and are available on paid plans (Pro, Team and Enterprise); free bundles can be added on any plan, including Free. Yes. If you have a promo code, enter it on the checkout page when upgrading to a monthly Pro or Team plan — a first-month code credits your entire first month, whatever your seat count.

Yes — cancel anytime. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for (month or year), and you keep full access until then. There are no partial refunds or proration; when the paid period ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan.
